Dear family and other friends, I began writing in 1973 while living in Spokane, Washington USA mainly as a way to vent and to search for inner peace and strength. I never considered myself a poet, just a very deep thinker. Now that I’m eighty-two years old and I am a great-grandma, it is finally time to share some innermost feelings of my past. I hope it helps you in some way. That would truly be nice because there are so many challenges in life. Writing was like special medicine for me. It got me through many days during some of the most turbulent times. Protection covered me and a path was prepared. I met wonderful people and I learned so many good things along the way.
